I'm planning to buy the Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2, I read a lot of reviews and each time I read that it has a problem with power. 

This is my computer at the moment: 

Processor: Core 2 Quad Q600 / 2.40 Ghz

Motherboard: Asus P5K LGA 775

Memory: Corsair 4096MB DDR2

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS

Power supply: Cooler Master Ultra Silent 400W

The thing is, I know very little of power supplies. So my question to you is: what would be the best power supply for this graphics card? I read that it has to be at least 650W, but besided that, I don't know what to look for.
